About

A little about me

Hi, I’m kashi! A neurodivergent Purepecha and Wayuu queer and disabled nerd, formerly undocumented, and deeply shaped by the intersections of identity, healing, and education.

What coaching with me could look like

With a background in Sociology focused on gender, culture, and multicultural education I’m now living my dream as an Identity-Based Well-Being Coach. I collaborate with the Community Centers and Ethnic Theme Houses to support students with care and compassion. I bring both lived experience and academic grounding to this work, holding space for connection, resilience, and growth for both undergraduate and graduate students.

What I’m up to outside of coaching

In my spare time, you can find me being a proud fur mama, coloring, collecting stickers, toys and figurines that reflect characters of color, disability, and queerness, bird watching, singing and drumming, enjoying live shows, immersing myself in nature and art installations, and most importantly—being in community.
