About
A little about me
Hey there, I’m Bri, and I am deeply committed to rest. Seriously, I fundamentally, whole-heartedly believe that both you and I are deserving of profound, soul-quenching rest. Everything else about me pretty much flows from there.
More basic info
I re-joined the Stanford community in 2019 as a Well-Being Coach for Undergraduate students with the Well-Being at Stanford team. I grew up in Texas and came to Stanford to explore what I found intellectually interesting, eventually settling on Science, Technology, and Society as a major, though what I value most about that time is the invitation to lean into being weird, being odd, and being authentically myself. Afterward, I moved to New York City for grad school, and have since returned to the Bay Area to reconnect with the community of people who bring so much richness and joy to my life. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside, being with friends, playing, creating, and eating.
What coaching with me could look like
Dream/goal-oriented coaching, living into one’s values, self-compassion, riding the waves of life, individuation, authentic well-being and flourishing. All other topics also welcome!
What I’m up to outside of coaching
Sugar, baking and cooking (i.e., eating), being outside, music & performing arts, watercolor & knitting, gaming, cycling, ultimate frisbee, watching basketball
