About
A little about me
Hi there! In my 15+ years of teaching/advising/mentoring students at Stanford, I have worked to create affirming spaces and experiences focused on conscious love and relationships, meaning and purpose, expansive creativity, connection to truth, and individual and collective well-being. It’s my greatest privilege to work with students in discovering who they are, deeply honoring and celebrating them in their fullness, and supporting the unfolding mystery of their lives - one step at a time (literally…I LOVE to take my coaching sessions as walks through nature). My background in architecture inspires an appreciation for the impact our environments have on our well-being and my role as a Resident Fellow (Rinc Love!) on campus for the past 10 years reminds me every day the power and possibility of community care.
What coaching with me could look like
My vibe is: warm, open, curious, and loving. As a coach I work to be an attuned agent of connection, serving as an accomplice in student’s deconditioning and a collaborator in remembering their truth. I love supporting students in moving beyond cerebral identification to a more holistic and embodied sense of self, reinforcing intrinsic worthiness, valuing rest/ease/joy, leading from love, surrendering perfectionism (honoring process/progress), establishing healthy boundaries, releasing people-pleasing and performativity, growing at their own pace, and honoring small steps as meaningful actions..
What I’m up to outside of coaching
You can find me spending time with my loves, walking in nature, creating/admiring art and design, meditation, nurturing community, and exploring new (outside and inside!) environments.
